Jane Allen Fletcher

This counsel is corrupted and biased in favor of attorneys, especially those that represent county. She does not serve VSB and is not compliant with the VSB policy, furthermore, she does not investigate any incoming complaints what so ever. Her purpose at VSB is to shield attorneys that engaged... in misconduct 8.4 and to prevent compensation to clients under protection client fund. In addition, if you consider to file any complaint to VSB /Fletcher, she already seem to have a ready to go denial letter with open area to customize and insert refusal of investigation with unfounded reasons related to your complaint. What raises a good question, did Fletcher ever investigated anything or ever on Attorney’s misconduct? Based on her response to me, they count of those investigations somewhere around zero. I am no longer surprised with Fletcher’s corruption, as I already have seen so much, including corruption on judicial system level. Therefore, if you wish to file your complaint to VSB, refer back to this feedback and demand someone else, someone younger and someone who is not yet integrated into corruption mechanism under VSB.
