unnecessary billing and over charging
she did a phone consultation with me, she was so unprofessional and was not informative she did not do any services at all, because I decided not to hire her and yet she sent us a bill of $1700, I dont understand why we have to pay that much, if it was a regular consultation fee it would be okey but...
