Not a Super Lawyer

Incompetent: GB failed to conduct due diligence by hiring a private investigator to examine photos taken at the scene of the accident. The discovery indicated damage to the front bumper of the defendant's BMW, but never reported to the insurer, as Progressive's discovery showed a brand-new paint job..., demonstrating concealment of evidence. Additionally, the driver immediately moved the car after impact by 63 feet. There was spoilage of evidence. I exited the car within seconds and noticed the man in the car sitting between the passenger seat and the driver's seat. Who was driving & who moved the car back? The defendant initiated a spree of lies culminating in a false narrative. GB lacked the depth and intelligence to advocate, look at evidence and discern the truth. He refused to communicate strategy, selected the chiropractor as the expert witness instead of the surgeon, knowing there was agreement amongst surgeons that a laminectomy was necessary. I noticed gaslighting, dishonesty, and wasting time making a list of treatments for the Chiropractor to sign as the expert witness. He was hired at the point in time, I required a laminectomy that was recommended by several surgeons.
