George Arnold Somerville

I was George's client. He was recommended to me by a former chief staff counsel of the Va Sup Ct as one of the state's top appellate litigators. When we met, he took the time to understand my case and trial record and we agreed that significant errors merited appeal. As a lawyer myself, I asked to... provide input, which George generously allowed. His work product and in-court performance were excellent -- I can't imagine anyone providing better filings or argument. While cert was denied (like about 90% of petitions) George succeeded in keeping the successful portion of our trial result out of the record. Thereafter, he has continued to consult generously and as a courtesy on this matter as related litigation has continued.
