No Spanish spoken here
About 2 months ago my husband called to make an appointment. He speaks very little English so he assumed someone at this office spoke Spanish. The secretary answered and her Spanish is absolutely horrible, with a very heavy accent and she sounded like a child, so my husband hung up. I called to set u...

Replied last June 01, 2021Thank you for your comments. I am sincerely sorry to hear that you felt unwanted and unheard. Unfortunately, under previous COVID-19 restrictions, phone calls limited the personal connection that we usually make with our existing and potential clients. I have made note of your concerns. As for my staff, I am proud of them. My paralegal is learning Spanish and I applaud her efforts to communicate with our Spanish speaking clients in their own language. For any of us who have learned a new language, it takes gumption to step out of our comfort zones and use the language skills we are learning, especially in a work setting. I know that this staff member is diligently improving her Spanish. While it is true that she is learning Spanish, my other assistant speaks Spanish fluently. Both of my staff are professional, compassionate, and dedicated, and I stand by them. I am glad that you have found legal representation that suits your needs. I wish you and your husband the best.

Never available!
I have called twice or three times and both ladies I spoke with are pleasant and professional but the attorney is never there!!!!! I would have consulted with her but she seems to not exist.

NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL!
After a consultation I can tell you this lady is not knowledgeable at all and her fees are ridiculously high!!! If I could rate 0 stars, I would!
