Thank you for your comments. I am sincerely sorry to hear that you felt unwanted and unheard. Unfortunately, under previous COVID-19 restrictions, phone calls limited the personal connection that we usually make with our existing and potential clients. I have made note of your concerns. As for my staff, I am proud of them. My paralegal is learning Spanish and I applaud her efforts to communicate with our Spanish speaking clients in their own language. For any of us who have learned a new language, it takes gumption to step out of our comfort zones and use the language skills we are learning, especially in a work setting. I know that this staff member is diligently improving her Spanish. While it is true that she is learning Spanish, my other assistant speaks Spanish fluently. Both of my staff are professional, compassionate, and dedicated, and I stand by them. I am glad that you have found legal representation that suits your needs. I wish you and your husband the best.
