My husband and I first worked with Todd Skinner in 2008 when, as part of our estate planning, we wanted to have a living trust. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient as he guided us through what was, for us, new and complicated territory. We were thoroughly pleased with the quality of hi...s work so, naturally, we turned to him in 2014 when we needed to update our trust. Our desired goals in this regard were achieved in a timely manner and, again, he was very easy to work with. Highly Recommend.

I used Todd to help me close my father's estate in Williamsburg , in 2009-2010. He was always very pleasant, professional and very thorough in all my dealings with him. Although it was not a very large estate, it was a bit complicated due to all the various "moving parts", eg, taxes, siblings, house ...sale, final property distribution, etc. In the end it all worked out well. I would certainly recommend Todd as a good choice for any estate work. . I wiuld certainly recommend Tdwell

He help to get social security approve my dad for nursing home care. There were issues with the qualifications and he help us walk thru the paper work and the application process. He went above and beyond the normal. He was awesome. The nursing home was trying to charge $5,000 more than was due, ...and he protected us from the over charge. I would recommend him for any elder person needing help with nursing home issues.
