After our mother's passing last summer, my sister and I called Todd to assist with the handling of her estate. Todd had done an exceptional job in putting a Trust together for my parents in 2012, so that helped a great deal. My parents were not very diligent in bringing all of their subsequent affa...irs to Todd's attention or in bringing all loose ends together into the Trust, but he was able to pick up very quickly what needed to be done and by when. I do not know how I would have navigated the less than clear paths for handling such matters without his assistance. Todd was clear in his explanations, courteous in all of our dealings, and extremely diligent in the performance of what he needed to do and in following up to make sure I was on track with what was in my court. Todd and his parents had been friends with my parents for many years and he certainly proved to be a good friend to me during my time of need after my mother's passing. I give him my highest recommendation!

Mr. Skinner was very professional in assisting me in the execution of my father's will and estate. This was done long distance, since I don't live in Virginia. He had previously created an estate plan and will for my parents, so I relied on him to assist in the execution of my duties as executor. He ...was conscientious, exact and very helpful. I would seek his assistance again for similar legal assistance.

I used Todd to help me close my father's estate in Williamsburg , in 2009-2010. He was always very pleasant, professional and very thorough in all my dealings with him. Although it was not a very large estate, it was a bit complicated due to all the various "moving parts", eg, taxes, siblings, house ...sale, final property distribution, etc. In the end it all worked out well.
