His petition-based bankruptcy practice is comprehensive and utilizes an interdisciplinary network that he has developed over the last 32 years.
Graham T. Jennings, Jr. received a B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University (1975) and a J.D. from The Marshall-Withe School of Law, College of William and Mary (1979). Since 1979 he has been admitted to practice in all Virginia state courts, the federal district courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Our clients are located mostly in the cities of Richmond and Colonial Heights, and the counties of Amelia, Chesterfield, Midlothian, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Nottoway, Powhatan and Prince Edward.
