Michael Preston Tittermary

Was referred to Tittermary by a friend. Consulted with him on a case regarding custody relocation. Did not provide me with many options on how to win the motion. Pretty much told me I would lose the case. Ultimately, gave me a response that can be found via google, but that would be giving him too mu...ch credit. Appears he wants to keep his wins up as he is an up and coming attorney in this area but I guess that limits him to black and white cases. Consulted with another attorney who gave much more options on how the case could be won. He did not even offer me his rate, very nonchalant and appears to have an issue against women wanting to custody, maybe personalized too much. Would not recommend unless you have an easy case you could win representing yourself.
