Andrea Shaia Bade graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2020 in the top 20% of her class. She then passed the Virginia Bar exam and started practicing law in 2020.
Andrea loves litigating in the courtroom. After law school she clerked for the Circuit Court Judges of Hanover County for a year. Here she learned the ins and outs of the courtroom and what Judges really want from lawyers. She then practiced a wide variety of areas of law at Friedman, Framme, & Thrush, P.A. before joining Shaia's Law, PLLC.
Andrea joined Shaia's Law, PLLC in 2022, a firm started by her father Tom Shaia. Tom has over 30 years of legal experience and served many of those years representing the Commonwealth of Virginia as a prosecutor. Andrea decided there was no person better to learn the law from than her father, Tom.
Andrea is a Guardian ad litem and represents the best interest of children. She also is on the Court Appointed list to represent indigent defendants.
Andrea focuses on criminal law, family law, and business law. She practices anywhere from Fredericksburg to Suffolk, and more.
