Well to be specific I hired this lawyer to appeal custody arrangements, passport issuance for a 2 yr old for a women who is from another country but a citizen here and lives a nomadic lifestyle, and a support order...well our first hearing i was told not to show up for court...we all know how that turns out! Then for second hearing she's showed up late, very very unorganized and never said a word for a 5 hr court hearing and didn't have a calculator or spread sheet for support and I was ordered arrears and was never late or behind in payments and the last arrears was never added to the new arrears.. and when asked she had no explanation nor did she question the calculations! Then she doubled up on cost to top it all off. If you actually want something accomplished and get your side heard.. This is definitely NOT the suggestion I would offer. Has to be better counsel out there.
