Though I have a very different recall of case that was subject to the above review; I respect the reviewers right to his opinion. My firm strives to provide the best possible service and are open and honest with our clients as to the issues in their case that may or may not fair well in Court. We cannot guarantee the result rendered by the Court is what the client desires; and, there are occasions when the Court will not consider some testimony that might result in a different result for the client. The Court's decision may be based on the age of the evidence, changes in the circumstances of parties, whether or not the evidence is directly related to the case before the court.
