Well, when he does court appointed, he is only good at traffic violations, obviously. We have a daughter behind bars because he chose to pretty much slither out of responsibility. His assistant, along with Deirdre medical person of the county jails got together to help falsify when our daughter was d...ue to give birth. Much more to the story in fact, tons and tons more. He prefers easy cases, super easy Peezy, and if anybody cares to dig in to his history of court appointed cases, anyone can see that. Our daughter is behind bars for some thing she did not do with clear evidence of that, but these are lazy cheesy court appointed that do not give a crap about anything further than traffic tickets. He needs to lose his bar.

This attorney currently serves as a court appointed attorney in Louisa, VA and since handling my husband's case dealing with medical expenses for a child that is not his he has not responded to one phone call or neither has he reached out to my husband to discuss the case. My husband was incarcerated... at the time this case was going on and was unable to pay and tried several times to push the court date back until he got out.I was told he could not be transported due to the type of case by a clerk but yet and still when his day in court was over and done with my husband receives a COURT DOCUMENT that's states my husband was present in court and he wasn't and so because of his negligence my husband received 3 months in jail for something he was unable to defend himself for and the case was never discussed by Mr.Harry to my husband.He is negligent, lazy,has falsified court documents and does not have his clients best interest at heart and me and my husband have filed several complaints against him.Do not hire this man.

I hired him for my 18 yr old who had first accident while texting and lost control but was charged with DUI. My child rendered his license for 12 months, paid a fine and attends VSAP classes. It could have been much worse but working with this atty and his knowledge of the laws and the way he explai...ned everything made it so easy to understand. From the time we walked into the courtroom till the time the Judge finished speaking to my son there was an easy about it. My son felt very comfortable with the atty as well which was even more important.
