John David Gibson

I was recently charged with a felony larceny charge out of Fluvanna County. I was appointed Mr. Gibson as my attorney. From that moment on he was on top of everything. The charge ended up getting dropped because the jury wouldn't pass a "True Bill" because there was no evidence against me. Mr. Gibson... knew and was very confident he was going to get this charge done away with. I was told if convicted I could get years on this charge especially already being a felon.
