Ms.Jean and her staff Ms.Tabitha are amazing! I was court appointed Ms.McKeen, I met with her and have solid “faith” within her. I also have communicated with her staff Tabitha several times who is absolutely wonderful at what she does. She’s is very attentive, knowledgeable, will go out of her way f...or her clients, simply AMAZING! And so much more. Even Elvis will greet you with a smile and kisses! Their office is very welcoming, cozy and comfy. From the seating, surrounding atmosphere to their offerings of beverages they treat you with royalties and utmost respect. When Ms.McKeen is not in I have to give it to Ms.Tabitha she does extend her knowledge to every given avenue to try and answer your questions she is not the one to just shrug her shoulder and say “I don’t know” or pass it off as “you’ll have to wait until…”. She does her utmost best assuring every document to every detail is provided for the case and uploaded to the file for the next step that way nothing is missing and it’s all there for review; that’s dedication! While my case is still in pending litigation, I have full faith and confidence in this team regardless of the outcome because I believe they have my best interests at heart! This is the team that I would want to bat for me at any ball game!! For any circumstance because they are HARD, diligent, dedicated, loyal, caring, professional, diligent, analytical, detail-oriented, empathetic, organized, patient, honest, show perseverance, composed, reliable, innovative, objective, strategic, collaborative, resourceful, trustworthy, respectful, assertive, communicative, compassionate, skilled and the list could continue on. I find that their personal demeanor has been nothing but charismatic, empathetic, and resolute! Because this is a law firm that genuinely CARES and believes in their CLIENTS! While for me never needing a lawyer/ attorney before this was a different and all new avenue for me; however what did matter was I wanted to have someone who was most definitely going to listen and yet who was knowledgeable to listen. A lawyer who was A persuasive lawyer and excelled in the art of convincing others and was excellent communication skills; knowing I was not guilty of the charge I was facing. An empathetic lawyer, because of the nature of the family tie that was here and knowing the need of deep understanding and concern for their clients’ emotions and needs. To have the ability to understand their clients on a personal level, providing comfort and support during difficult times. The adjective to show their compassion and ability to connect with the case. Meticulous & Dedication was another key plus for me! All of which this TEAM GAVE ME FROM MY FIRST VISIT! I would recommend them to ABSOLUTELY ANYONE! While I don’t know everyone’s circumstances, and though this team may not be one of those names that stand tall on every billboard in the state; they are a name that will stand out in your HEART!
