K. Bryn Swartz

Bryn Swartz is a workers' compensation attorney in Richmond, Virginia, and the owner of Pathfinder Injury Law. Throughout his career, Bryn has handled hundreds of Workers’ Compensation cases and recovered millions of dollars in benefits for his clients.

Bryn was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. He graduated in the top 7 percent of his class from Randolph-Macon College with membership in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He attended law school at the University of Richmond, from which he graduated magna cum laude, in the top 11 percent of his class, and with membership in the prestigious Walter Scott McNeill Law Honor Society.

Bryn has handled hundreds of workers’ compensation claims. He began his legal career as a prosecutor in criminal court before transitioning to private practice. After that, he moved on to work at a worker’s compensation firm in Richmond where he represented injured workers. He subsequently moved on to another firm where he defended insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims, giving him invaluable perspective into the tricks insurance companies play. However, that line of work didn’t really click with Bryn. He wanted to help people get their lives back on track, not defend a massive corporation’s finances.

To that end, Bryn began representing injured workers again at a firm in Richmond. However, he realized he could offer his clients a higher level of service by striking out alone. He founded Pathfinder Injury Law to pursue that goal and to give every client the diligent, attentive service they need in the midst of a work-related injury.

Bryn is a member of various professional associations including the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and he is well-known amongst his peers in the Virginia workers’ compensation bar as a diligent and resourceful lawyer. Bryn has been recognized as a Top Attorney Award for Workers’ Compensation and Client Satisfaction.

Outside of law, Bryn loves mountain biking and hanging out with his family, and he also enjoys cooking, travel, music, and playing with his dogs.
