Been my attorney for a number of years and suffers from dementia etc. He needs to retire. Speaks to me as though I am a small child. Never takes any notes nor can he retain anything I share with him. Works from home and has NO STAFF WHATSOEVER, not a sole that you can call besides himself and NEVER r...eturns calls. Left 23 messages for him but took over 2 months to hear back. He needs to be barred from practicing law. Possibly your worst nightmare of an attorney.

Judson received a $5000 payment to represent me in a motion to dismiss hearing, which I had filed Pro Se. I instructed him to represent me in the motion and not to delay, as the motion was to be heard in October 2019, I instructed him that I wanted a decision one way or another and not to delay. He w...asted over 9 months with senseless negotiations with the Henrico County Commonwealth attorney, as I knew he would get no where with them. Finally when the hearing was heard, he committed perjury. The judge entered an order denying the motion and he never informed me of the decision, I had to get all info from the clerks office, even when he delayed the hearings, he never informed me. Judson rarely returns emails and hides from his phone calls. Stay away from this scammer!

Mr. Collier was extremely good to work with and his professionalism was way above expectations. I was originally schedule to work with his partner, David Carlson but due to an emergency I was recommended to him instead. Now, think about a highly specialized surgeon doctor, someone with a vast array o...f knowledge and steady hands. Also capable of explaining difficult terminology into layman's terms, always with a great attitude, and patience. Mr. Collier is definitely a doctor in his field. He has helped me win a case that I thought was already lost. Did I mention his positive attitude and hardwork? He even called me on Sunday to accommodate my work schedule. My only wish is that I could pay him more money because he is definitely worth it. He has helped me maintain my name clear of any wrong doings and I would definitely reach out to him if I need assistance in the future.
