Aimee Sangster Clanton

I hired Ms. Clanton to help me win custody over my two kids, which was an open & close case win for us, and she was so unreliable the whole time. She told me how much we could win and there was no chance of us losing and fully gained my respect and trust in the beginning. She went to my hearing, we... got a court date set 5 months later, and any time I ever e-mailed her over those 5 months she took 3+ weeks to e-mail me back and I would have to call her office and speak to her assistant to tell her that I e-mailed 3+ weeks ago in order to get a reply. I met with Ms. Clanton two weeks before my court date to review everything and be on the same page and the day my court came she didn't show up! I received no phone call from her and I called her office 3 times before court started and no one in her office even picked up! It has been 3 weeks since my court and the only person I have been able to get in touch with is her paralegal who has been sporadic in responding to me and has given me little information. I have demanded my retainer back and have yet to hear the progress of that.
