Dan Rosenthal accepted a case for me against Aetna, my employers insurance provider, who refused to pay my sons medical bills even though I was paying premiums through my employer as part of my families coverage. My son had other insurance coverage through his father, but my insurance policy plainl...y stated that, because I was the custodial parent my insurance was first payer, which Aetna totally ignored and rejected his claims anyway. Well after 2 years of going back and forth with Aetna and $38,000.00 later in medical debt, I decided to hire Dan as my last result. Dan was wonderful, he stuck right by my side.
