Samantha Elena Freed

BEWARE of Samantha Freed as GAL. In my experience, Samantha Freed, serving as Guardian ad Litem in my case, demonstrated serious bias and failed to properly investigate critical safety concerns. I observed that documented drug use was ignored, while decisions appeared to favor certain parties with...out clear explanation. I felt my child’s best interests were not represented, and my concerns were minimized. Complaints had been filed with the state bar regarding her conduct. I encourage anyone working with this GAL to keep thorough records, request all communications in writing, and advocate strongly for transparency in the process. This is only my personal experience and opinion, but I believe parents should be aware and prepared if working with this GAL. I would strongly advocate against her being involved. I went in front of the court to request her removal from my case due to her clear personal biases demonstrated in my case.

Ms. Freed has seen me in court for child custody various times. I recently had a pressing concern and needed some advice, she didn't turn me way. I briefly explained what happed in court and I needed to understand my rights as a parent. She directed me with total confidence! And it just so happened t...hat she was correct about my rights and what steps to take. Ms. Freed is very serious and compassionate when it comes down to her career. Thank you Samantha Freed.
