Michael Joseph Hallahan II

I am more comfortable in the courtroom than most people because I always wanted to be a lawyer, but Mike Hallahan is a disaster to be avoided at all costs. Granted, I have yet to see how miserably he will fail at my hearing, but he does not respond to email, voicemails, anything. My case was excep...tionally complex because of multiple disabilities which he failed to recognize, or even address and respond to. I have had to send copies of our emails to Judge Quatrara, his conduct has been so atrocious. I have a ridiculous case pending against me that a monkey on crack could win, but I know for a fact that I am going to be the one that wins case, and he's just the physical body present in the courtroom with absolutely no usefulness. He was appointed to me by the court and is the worst example of an officer of the court, and a disgrace to the profession.

I hired Hallahan in February 2021 and he kicked the can down the road until January 2022. I was supposed to have a jury trial but he ignored me until 4 days before trial date. Then he gave me a canned (not fresh) spew why I should take what the prosecutor offered. By that time I didn't have much choi...ce because I had no defense worked out and would have lost and had to pay for the jury. If you are guilty own up and learn. If you are not guilty the game is rigged and you will lose. The real job of criminal defense attorneys is to keep the accused on the coveyerbelt to the meat grinder. Save your money, this attorney will be no help.
