Mr Oberg represented me on an appeal to the Virginia employment commission for unemployment benefits. I was terminated from employment while I was on workers compensation for an injury that had happened on the job. After being released to work on light duty it was difficult for me to perform the tasks given by the employer based on the restrictions due to my injury. He quickly got irritated and violent. I was originally unable to relay all the facts of the case to the appeals examiner and decided to contact Mr Oberg. He was able to again have the case appealled, relay the facts of the case to the next level appeals examiner and have the decision overturned to my satisfaction.

Mr. Oberg assisted with the dismissal of a civil judgement, doing so in precisely the time he estimated it would take, and exactly as I had requested. I appreciate his honesty, his up front explanation of what I should expect through the process, and his quick handling of my issue.
