Mr. Butler’s management of my custody case was wholly unacceptable and marked by gross incompetence. His failure to properly handle five basic subpoenas resulted in critical errors that necessitated a continuance of the case, significantly undermining the legal proceedings. This incompetence caused c...onsiderable inconvenience and substantial financial loss. Notably, my father undertook an overseas journey to testify, only for his efforts to be rendered futile due to Mr. Butler’s egregious mistakes. When I sought to address these issues through email, requesting clarification and accountability, Mr. Butler failed to respond, demonstrating a profound lack of professionalism and disregard for my grievances . I strongly caution the public against retaining his services, as his conduct reflects an unacceptable standard of legal practice.

Mr. Butler handled a case for our family today. It was a situation where we were under extreme time constraints because the defendant was scheduled to enter the service and the Commonwealth Atty for the district where the court was located was not willing to budge on the charges, even though there w...as minimal evidence provided to support the charge. Mr Butler was able to get the charges reduced and did a fantastic job working the case. I cant thank you enough Sir for the work you did.
