David Samir Saliba

I hired Mr. Saliba for a custody case. He was always on time (unlike the attorney for the other party), professional, he fought hard for me in court, and eventually won my case. I felt his fees were fair and not overpriced and I was happy with the overall experience I had with him. I hired him ag...ain a few months later. Although he confused my court date, he took full responsibility for the mix up, rescheduled it, and didn’t charge me a penny. Integrity goes a long way in my book so I will use him again in the future.

This man does not do his research he is not prepared and does not have any interest in doing his job or putting his clients interests first. Was late to the court room more then once where the judge actually had to have the bailiffs look for him. He did not even complete full interviews prior to cour...t. He will not represent his clients interest in a positive way and it will result in bad outcomes if you hire this man.

I would describe Mr. Saliba as being unprofessional, uninformed of laws and statutes, and slow at attempting to resolve my case. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. He did not consult me before making an outrageous offer to settle my case. I got the minimum back required under state law... and that was MORE than he proposed to the defendant. He did not keep me informed and I don't think he cared at all about settling the case satisfactorily for me. He seems to all care about only padding his wallet. Please do not use this attorney or you will probably regret it like I did.
