Mark and Karen are 2 of the most genuine people I have ever met. Mark makes me ashamed for every Lawyer joke I've ever laughed at. They answered every question our family had and there were a lot of us. We never felt rushed and were treated as If we were the only client they had. A Car Accident Handled with Care!

Having a car accident is always a shock, especially when your car is rear-ended by a delivery truck. My husband was driving when our car accident occurred in August of 2014, and I was twisted toward the passenger door and taken to the emergency room at a local hospital in Baltimore. We visited Mark... Obenshain when we returned home; and he was very thorough in sorting through the basic information on the accident, and we felt very positive in trusting our case to the care of The Obenshain Law Firm. Elizabeth immediately became our contact person. She was friendly, and kept in contact by email and phone on a regular basis. I had to have two major spinal cord surgeries involving my skull and my back, along with Physical therapy, and multiple doctor appointments. As my physical problems accelerated, I also worked with Maud along with Elizabeth, and Mark. There was an immense amount of information they gathered thereafter from my doctors, as they also had to coordinate with my Medicare and secondary insurance company (which were processes they knew how handle, saving me many phone calls and time.) The negotiation with the other driver’s insurance was very thorough, and I was very pleased with the outcome of the settlement. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Obenshain Law Firm to my family and friends.
