Kathy is a beautiful person I called around and looked for help when everyone else just wanted money or they would never get back to you or they shut their doors or made you feel like another number. I was going through a rough spell lost and confused and hurting never been in any type of legal mess ...before in my life and did not understand the court systems world but it was really nice to know that I found somebody with a Caring Heart who wasn't going to leave me unprotected someone who is genuine and real with her clients. She will fight for you. If you choose Kathy you will not regret it she will deeply take her time with you and care for you. She believes in what she is doing and it shows she is such a blessing in many ways.

I wish I could give zero stars! Previously, Kathleen M. Mizzi Todd was my attorney. She spoke to me once, over the phone. At that early point in time, I had not formulated many questions. I assumed that she would be available to talk, sometime in the next four weeks before the court date. Soon ...I had questions that needed answers, and I started to call her office. I called every day; always 2 or 3 times, day and night. I always left a message; to please call me, I HAD to talk! If she got an answering machine, could she please leave a message for me about WHEN I could call her, so that she would be in her office? Also in the message I left her was that I would like an appointment to meet with her in her office. Regularly I went by her office. She was never there, and she never called in the whole 4 weeks.I was beyond frustrated and upset. A question that I needed to know the answer to before the court date was simply never answered. About 2 days before the court date I took an envelope of papers, with facts, observations, and questions on them, and knew it was too late to use mail. So I taped my envelope to her office front door, directly over the sidewalk, where anyone could take them. This was a sidewalk a few feet from where this side street intersected with Main St. right on Court Square. I called more, with no answer. On the morning of the court date my answering machine recorded a message from this attorney! She left me a different number to call; however I tried that number several times and there never was an answer. Court time arrived, and my attorney was not even there. She was markedly late, and I never did get to communicate. I strongly advise you to choose another attorney! Every fact of the above is true; I just wish for my sake that it wasn't. Further: " We are devoted to providing high quality legal services in a prompt, courteous and professional manner." Additionally: "Every client should expect nothing less than our total commitment." I, for one, will never forget this Keystone Cops representation.
