I chose Mr. Abbott because he had good out comes for a friend years ago. However once he received my money in full his drive to fight became almost nonexistent. You pay these professionals to interpret and put into layman's terms for those of us that are not very familiar with the law. He did complet...ely the opposite. Knowing now what I was paying for I would have fought the case myself!

J. Troy Abbott was the most unconcerned, disrespectful, awful attorney anyone could ever hire. He would not visit me at the jail. He would not return phone calls. He was disrespectful and rude to family members and the worst of all, he waived my preliminary hearing. After firing him I found out m...y case could have been dropped at the preliminary hearing stage due to lack of evidence. I was told I had no legal Defense? When hiring an attorney because the process is so complicated, please DO NOT hire this man. He is rude, inconsiderate and obviously burned out! I had to hire a competent attorney to finish my case.
