Did a perfect job.

He was prompt and helpful in his communication over email and was able to get the case (for a serious speeding ticket) dismissed. Even after the court had mistakenly marked the ticket as "Paid" (falsely indicating an admission of guilt), he had the dilligence to realzie this error and have the court ...correct it, preventing a potential hassle.

Highly Recommended

I am an international student in gradate school. It was my first time of speeding and was charged for reckless driving (90+/60). I did not even know what would be the consequences until I consult several lawyers in my area. I was so anxious and scared that I might even go to jail or expelled from the... country because of the charge. I was doomed. Nevertheless, I am very glad that I was referred by my school's legal service to consult Mr Early. I also verified on the internet that he has really good records over the years. So I scheduled a phone chat with him, and I was so impressed by his professionalism and caring personality so I immediately decided to hire him. In contrast, most other lawyers I consulted simply scares me of the bad consequences and thereby 'threat' me with some unreasonably high fees. If you are in the similar situation with me, I would highly recommend you to at least schedule a chat with him. Indeed, it turns out to be a perfect decision, as Jeff totally knows his stuff. He asked me to obtain the necessary materials and managed to lower the charge to improper driving with the requirement to do 30hr's community service in a month. However it was hard to find community service during the pandemic. Again Jeff helped me to extend the timeline to 4 months. In the end, I am very satisfied with the outcome and really thankful for Jeff's dedicated services.

Excellent legal representation in a speeding ticket case

I was referred to by Mr. Early by another office in the central Virginia area, and I am beyond happy that I was put in touch with his office! After receiving a speeding ticket, I was looking to find representation for my court appearance. I spoke with Mr. Early on the phone and he was very personable..., knowledgeable and connected within the community. He also had a reasonable price for his service. I decided to ask him to represent me in my case and he agreed. Prior to the court date, Mr. Early and I exchanged several emails and phone calls. He also met with me for an hour at his office to discuss the case prior to my court date. Mr. Early was incredibly helpful and clear in his explanation for what I was to expect in court, and he answered every question of mine that I could think of. Finally, on the day of court, he was able to reduce my moving traffic violation (speeding) to a non-moving violation (defective equipment) and driving classes. I am immensely grateful to him for his service and for helping me to reduce the charge!
