Amazing lawyer, went above and beyond

I'm beyond grateful to have found Jeffrey Early for a reckless driving case in Madison County - 95/60 knocked down to traffic infraction. I spoke with multiple attorneys and Jeffrey Early stood out by far -- he has both the local knowledge (he knows this court and all the players super well - both pr...ofessionally and socially) and the savviness to help ensure he gets the best possible outcome for his clients. I felt supported and taken care of, which is so important when going through something like this! Sounds cheesy but I do think this whole experience changed my life - I am much more mindful of the impact speeding has to myself, family, and others. I'm from out of state and originally we agreed I'd fly back to appear in court to give myself the best chance of getting the reckless driving charge knocked down but because the police officer wasn't able to make it to court that day and I did everything Jeffrey Early asked me to do (12 hour online driving school, community service, character references), he was able to get my case settled and I didn't have to fly out. It saved me a ton of headache and money.

Fantastic Legal Representation

I chose Mr. Early to represent me for a reckless driving case, and I was very pleased with the results. This was my first interaction with the legal system, however Mr. Early gave me the tools and advice to confront my case with the best possible chance of success. He was polite, professional, respon...ded promptly when contacted, and was a pleasure to work with. His extensive knowledge of traffic law and familiarity with those who work in the judicial field were extremely beneficial to my case. His services were affordable and in my eyes, 100% worth the cost. Jeff Early is a fantastic lawyer.

My 18 year old son received a reckless driving ticket which had the potential to have a hefty penalty of up to a year in jail, a $2,500 ticket, suspended license and could result in a class 1 misdemeanor. I spoke to Jeff on Presidents Day and as a result of our conversation, hired him to represent ...my son. Within 4 days he appeared in court on my sons behalf. He postponed the date until his freshman year of college was over. He indicated that my son should do 30 hours of community service, have his speedometer calibrated, take a 4 hour and an 8 hour driving course and have several character references since this would go a long way with the judge. He knew the judge and trooper who pulled my son over. So my son was able to get this all accomplished in two and a half months. On the day of my sons court appearance, Jeff met with us to go over the questions he was going to ask and to learn more about the specifics around my sons case. While we were waiting for my sons appearance, Jeff let us know that he spoke to the Commenwealth and the two of them agreed to a plee-a speeding ticket going 79 in a 60 and a fine of $250.00 if the judge agreed. Once my son was called to the bench, Jeff let the judge know they had a plee agreement, presented the judge with the speedometer calibration, two driving courses, record of community service and character references. Ths judge graciously agreed to their plee. This was such a more favorable outcome than what we were anticipating. Jeff cared about my sons outcome as much as I did and it showed with how he treated and interacted with my son and with how he interacted with the judge. Had we not had Jeff to represent my son, the outcome would have been so much worse. Jeff's fees were very reasonable, he is knowledgeable about the law and understands what the judges will want from his clients, was easy to work with and responded in a timely mannor to our emails. We are very grateful we hired him.

Outstanding legal representation

I was blessed to have worked with Mr. Jeffrey Early. He and his office took on my son's traffic case with interest, seriousness, and great empathy. Mr. Early studied the case and provided the legal path that my son's case needed to follow to reach a positive outcome.
