Excellent service

Mr Early and his assistants were awesome to work with. I got a speeding citation for 72/55. It was very important this ticket be dismissed, as I was actively applying for multiple driving positions while in between jobs. Mr Early found a perfect resolution to my predicament and got it dismissed. A... week after the hearing, I got hired for the best paying job of my career which required a 5 year clean driving record. I have 7 clean years with my citation being dismissed through Mr Early’s office. Key points: 1. Communication with both him and his assistants were great and he was very easy to reach 2. He was honest in my consultation about the likelihood of my case being dismissed, and said he wouldn’t take my money if he wasn’t confident. 3. I had 728282 questions in the beginning that I asked through an email the day after paying. He responded, answering every single one that day, leaving me with no doubts about the process and possible outcomes. He turned what should have been a detrimental ticket for me into a positive experience. Not to mention he was affordable considering the services I was provided. Thank you again Mr Early! Jeff Early review

I was referred by a friend to contact Jeff Early regarding a traffic violation I received in Madison, VA. I am from Maryland and was planning on just paying the fine, which would have resulted in 3 points on my record in MD. After talking to Mr. Early, I hired him to represent me in court. He explain...ed that if my driving record was clean for a certain amount of time, and I took a driving course online, I could get off with no points. Also, he could represent me without me being there in person for court. Fortunately, my record was clean for the time required by the court and the court did exactly what my lawyer said would happen. I took an online improved driving course and the judge let me off with no points. His fee was reasonable and I would highly recommend Jeff Early for representation.

Really Exceptional Legal Services

I was an international student and came to this country for the first time when I got the ticket: reckless driving and eluding. Mr. Early not only had the reckless driving ticket reduced, but he had the charge of eluding completely dismissed. He went to court more than once for me and did not charge ...more when the case was delayed by the judge. He provide me with a list of what I can do for my case, I followed all of them and all are very helpful to the judge. That was really clear to me and help me be efficient. He cares about my study, my friend, my career, and my immigrant status but also provided it at an affordable price. Highly recommend for all!

Excellent legal representation in a speeding ticket case

I was referred to by Mr. Early by another office in the central Virginia area, and I am beyond happy that I was put in touch with his office! After receiving a speeding ticket, I was looking to find representation for my court appearance. I spoke with Mr. Early on the phone and he was very personable..., knowledgeable and connected within the community. He also had a reasonable price for his service. I decided to ask him to represent me in my case and he agreed. Prior to the court date, Mr. Early and I exchanged several emails and phone calls. He also met with me for an hour at his office to discuss the case prior to my court date. Mr. Early was incredibly helpful and clear in his explanation for what I was to expect in court, and he answered every question of mine that I could think of. Finally, on the day of court, he was able to reduce my moving traffic violation (speeding) to a non-moving violation (defective equipment) and driving classes. I am immensely grateful to him for his service and for helping me to reduce the charge!
