Edward Scott Smalley

We hired Mr. Smalley to handle my father's small estate in October 2015, and when we tried to switch a vehicle that belonged to my father into my name, I was not able to due to debts that had not been paid, though Mr. Smalley settled the estate. We apparently owe for the funeral and who knows what el...se, because he did not ensure everything was taken care of. We are now having to handle the estate ourselves and resolve everything Mr. Smalley ignored. When we confronted him, he said he was only hired to sell the house, which we did not make available until January 2016 and it sold in February 2016, and claimed ignorance of being responsible for anything else attached to the estate. He is completely incompetent and irresponsible and you hire him at your own risk.
