Professional and Friendly

My husband and I had a great experience working with Josh and his team. They are very approachable, helpful, and professional. Great Experience

Josh Hummer and his team were very patient with us and took the time to fully explain the estate planning process. Great Choice!

Reaching out to Josh Hummer and his team to update our Will was the best decision we made in the process. Josh took time to answer all of our questions. When we were in need of creating a family trust and other legal documents, I went to the internet to search for a lawyer who would be not only professional but would also be attentive to our needs. Joshua Hummer had nothing but 5 stars and also had several professional awards so he appeared to be a good choice. How correct the reviews are! Joshua’s service was truly worth more than 5 stars from the initial consultation on through the final certified documents. He walked us through each step always explaining them in detail and patiently answering our questions while treating us as if we were special clients. An unexpected bonus was a binder in which to store our documents. For each type of document, there was an explanation of what it is used for, how to change it, and other links for more information. The binder itself is worth the fee for his services. We highly recommend the Law Office of Joshua Hummer for preparation of your legal documents.

Best Experience for getting our Will, Power of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives

We had our Will, Power of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives completed here and the entire process went very smoothly. They helped us to understand the documents so we could make the right decisions. When we went to sign the documents everyone was very pleasant and they made the process simple to complete. Outstanding, professional estate planning services

It had been many years since we updated our will and we engaged Joshua to help us bring everything up to date. Joshua developed a draft will for myself and my wife, as well as advance medical directive and financial power of attorney documents. The documents that Joshua and his staff developed for us are extremely professional with copious cites to pertinent Virginia statutes. Josh delivered the finished product in a very nice binder and followed up with a call to go over everything and respond to any final questions concerning the documents. In addition, he provided advice on the do's and don'ts of storing and executing the documents. In summary, it's hard to envision a more professional and effective legal team than Josh and his staff in the estate planning area of the law.

Josh Hummer's office was recommended to us by our church (fbcva.org). My wife & I went to Josh for assistance to prepare our estate plan (family trust, last will & testament, health care directive and power of attorney). He provided personalized service, listened to our needs, gave sound advice and provided feedback on our requests. The documents were prepared professionally and quickly, and he followed up on the ancillary items necessary to finalize all the details. This gives us peace of mind that our wishes will be followed, with minimal interaction with the state. I would use them again and recommend them for any legal services that may be necessary.
