Joan Kusta Fine

As a Winchester, Virginia, attorney, Joan K. Fine has practiced law with firms in the city as well as Boston, Massachusetts, and is licensed to practice in both states. In 1990 Joan K. Fine established her own law practice in Winchester, Virginia, and has the distinction of being the first woman to be elected president of the Winchester/Frederick County Bar Association.

A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, she received a Juris Doctor degree in 1982 from Boston College Law School and was selected for Law Review at that institution.
