Beau Correll

I was pulled over for speeding above 80 MPH on an interstate highway, which in Virginia is automatically a misdemeanor criminal charge (reckless driving). He worked with the Commonwealth Attorney (the prosecutor) to have the charge reduced to an ordinary speeding infraction. I hired Mr. Correll to get my public intoxication charge off of my record. He was very nice, helpful and understanding. I first met Mr. Correll, when I needed help with a shop lifting charge. I was worried I might go to jail or get slapped with a misdemeanor. I highly recommend Beau Correll. He represented me for my DWI case back in Nov 2014. After a night of partying, I was pulled over, failed the sobriety test, took the checkpoint breathalyzer test (which indicated I had an BAC of .26) and inevitably got arrested for DWI. Once arrested, I declined t...he breathalyzer test in jail since it is considered to be more accurate than the road test and may face an automatic 10 days in Jail and driver license suspension if my blood alcohol level was higher than .20. Beau Correll helped me lower my charges from, DWI with refusal of test to a reckless. I was facing jail time, 2 years suspension of license, ASAP classes, and a ridiculous amount of fines. The only two repercussions from my shenanigan are a small fine ($300 or so) and unsupervised probation. My license was not taken away and I did not have to attend ASAP classes. After Beau got me off of 2 DWI offenses within 3 months I had to get an interlock system put in my truck, In 3 months of having the interlock I had 13 violations so my ASAP case manager sent it to court. I received a summons stating I was facing 170 days in jail and a $500 fine. Beau with knowledge a...nd resources and the way he presented my case to the judge got me off with just the fine.
