I asked the cop who arrested me who the best criminal defense lawyer was and he said "If you have the money, get Furlong. He used to be a cop." So I called on a weekend and got a paralegal--other lawyers were closed. It cost me $500 just to meet with him. Everybody wants this guy! I borrowed the mon...ey and prayed. Unlike my friend who went with a cheapo lawyer (he got an ad in the mail) Furlong had a strategy, brought cases to court, and met with the prosecutor and cop early. He interviewed the cop and was all ready before my friend's lawyer even arrived. Furlong even has private investigators and stuff. Short version: Imy felony went o a misdemeanor with 60 days, my friend got a felony and 2 years prison time. I kept my job, my friend lost his. Furlong was freaking amazing in court. He's go like an encyclopedia of law in his head. He knows everybody at court. Even the judge joked with him. If the police are recommending him, then get this guy before someone else does.
