I love being a bankruptcy lawyer because I can help almost everyone I see. Bankruptcy is about happy endings.
I've been a bankruptcy lawyer in Northern VA for more than twenty years, and I've helped more than fourteen thousand people get a new start in life. I do the most Chapter 7 bankruptcies of any lawyer in Northern Virginia. We also offer Chapter 13 for the small number of people for whom Chapter 13 is better.
We like Chapter 7 because it gives you a fresh start in five ways. the creditors can't call or bill you. they can't take you to court. Your credit score will improve. You'll sleep better. You'll be smarter.
I'm 67 years old, married and live with my (much younger) wife in Falls Church VA. I'm a member of The Falls Church (Anglican).
