Ryan Fitzgerald did excellent job on my case (reckless driving, 23 mph over the speed limit, 68/45) I had not received a traffic citation in over 10 years and had a natural +5 on my license. Fitz instructed me right off the bat what I should do to prepare for the best outcome in my case; complete a...n on-line approved driver's course, get the speedometer calibrated, and complete a minimum of 15 hours community service prior to the court date. I had the odds stacked against me--I have a fast car + I was driving in triple digit speed + I did this in the worst state to get a speeding ticket. I've heard of cases of people getting a month in jail doing the same speed as me, or even less. Following Fitz's recommendations, I walked out the courtroom with a reduced charge. It was dropped from a misdemeanor, which would have ended up on my criminal record permanently, to a traffic violation which I paid right then and there. No suspended license and more importantly, no jail time. This has been a very heavy burden lifted. And I've learned my lesson. I highly recommend Fitz to anyone who needs legal representation. We all make mistakes and he is someone that will do his part to ensure you get the best result feasible for your case.
