Well i got myself a reckless driving charge and was facing jail time. I was freaking out because im to pretty to go to jail. Mr Fitzgerald did a fantastic job with me. He recommended I did volunteering and a driving course. I was clocked at 63 in a 35 which is reckless and thought my life had changed but when I called. Th...e day of court came and he met with me and said he feels great about my odds of getting a desirable outcome. Inside the courtroom I saw him talk to my officer who wrote the infraction and then after when my name was called by the judge: he spoke for me and said he talked to the officer and they agreed that a 1-9 would be a sufficient penalty for my reckless which was 28 over mind you.
