Mr. Fitzgerald is a great person and a great lawyer. I hit the low 90's in a 60mph area and got pulled over for the first time. Mr. Fitzgerald asked about my case's facts, whether I was respectful to the officer, etc. He was knowledgeable about the courts and the judges that presided over the courts ...and properly set my expectations. He set out things that I needed to get done and answered all my questions about the arraignment, what he would do for my case, what I needed to do on the date of my case, etc. After talking with the prosecutor, he got my reckless driving by speeding reduced from a class 1 misdemeanor to a speeding ticket. I could not be more thankful for that. Even the judge warned me that usually 90+ carries jail time and it used to be an automatic arrest. He even stayed with me and talked, from just one person to the other and from a lawyer to a client, while I was paying for my court fees. When I got the receipt he even made sure that the clerk stamped it and made it an official court document (excuse my overall lack of knowledge of legal terms). Overall, I had peace of mind throughout the whole process because I knew I hired the best lawyer for my case and that I did everything he asked me to.
