Ryan Thomas Fitzgerald

Putting just how grateful I am into words is proving difficult. I have re-started this review several times now and just can't seem to hit the mark. If this says anything about my lack of skill as a writer, it says a thousand times more about Ryan's professionalism, expertise, and benevolence. In fac...t, even though the outcome of my case was highly favorable, Ryan's guidance leading up to that outcome is what I will treasure and remember the most. Also, all the staff with whom I communicated were an absolute class act at every step of the way--Good people, doing good work and walking the walk. I couldn't be more enthused!

I got a reckless driving ticket driving at 107mph on a 55mph highway in Fairfax County, Virginia. I was driving from IAD airport to my home in Maryland. I am a Maryland resident and never knew about Virginia strict traffic laws. I found out about this law firm through Google (5 star rating attracted ...me!). I never contacted any other firms and got so much hooked with this firm rightaway that I didn’t even bother to get advice from any other firm. After getting the ticket I was so much worried and terrified about my future since I was just about to graduate. Mr. Fitzgerald called me up and told me to just follow his advice like taking driving improvement class, doing speed calibration test and doing community services. I did everything he asked me to do and the day when we met at Court, he told me that at this speed it’s highly unlikely to get away from getting jail time or misdemeanor. Afterwards when he went inside, it took him only 30 minutes with the judge/prosecutor to convert the whole case and get it reduced to just an improper driving. I was just blown away and shocked at the same time, because in such cases there is no hope to succeed. I would highly appreciate and thanks Mr. Fitzgerald for all his efforts and dedication. Ryan Fitgerald represented my case out of Fairfax and the result far surpassed my expectation. I had a 90 mph in a 55 reckless driving charge (In Fairfax county too!) and Ryan ...managed to get it reduced to just an improper driving charge with only 3 points taken off DMV.
