Jean Patricia Dahnk

On no fewer than four occasions over two years, I contacted Jean P. Dahnk for representation in estate litigation in a backward Virginia county where lawyers continue to practice the antiquated colonial era “gentlemen’s” tradition of refusing to go up against other lawyers, thereby subverting the jud...icial process. Before contacting her, as I told her, I had contacted 350 lawyers for help, but the county’s far and wide reputation for corruption and prejudice against attorneys from “outside” it had made retaining one impossible. She never even had the professional courtesy to respond. But she jumped at the chance to represent the executor--in other words, to oppose my case! Why? For no better reason than it meant a guaranteed paycheck for her since she’d be paid by my parent’s estate. Never mind that I had legally-supportable reasons for claiming that the executor had in fact repeatedly violated the law and terms of the will. She couldn’t care less about upholding the law. So if you have a legitimate complaint where justice has not been served, under NO circumstances ever contact Jean Dahnk for help because she couldn’t care less about upholding the law and righting horrific wrongs. She only cares about money.
