I hired Adam after getting pulled over in VA for speeding. Anything over 85 in VA is considered reckless driving and is a misdemeanor, which could result in jail time. Obviously I was freaked out and very concerned even though I have a spotless driving record. Adam took a lot of time to craft a defen...se and come up with a strategy unique for my case. He gave me some preemptive steps to take based on his prior experience, which I did. My court date came and Adam ended up getting my ticket down to "improper driving" with only a small fine. Speeding (reckless driving) in Virginia is a major offense, and many judges have thrown people in jail for this. Just Google "reckless driving VA" if you want to scare yourself. I've also heard stories from friends about getting jail time for this. You could also wind up with a misdemeanor on your record which could cause issues with your employer or immigration issues.
