My 2012 VW GTIs engine blew after a timing chain failure, and I was extremely worried that I was going to have to spend over $7,000 getting it fixed. Instead, I made the extremely intelligent decision of reaching out to Mr. Webster after reading a positive review of his services in an online forum. A...lthough my GTI was not covered under warranty or included in the class-action lawsuit, Mr. Webster was able to negotiate a settlement with VW for 100% of the cost of the engine replacement, plus reimbursement for towing and other service expenses. It took a couple of weeks for everything to happen, but I am extremely grateful to him and his team. He may be a wizard of sorts.

Mr. Webster successfully settled a contract dispute for me. What is most remarkable was not only that he settled it in a timely manner for the amount I was hoping to receive, but he dug deeper and looked below the surface to prove I did in fact, have a legitimate contract dispute. I had agreed to the... contract terms verbally and via email as well as beginning the work; however, most attorney's looked strictly at the signed contract. Mr. Webster took the time to review correspondence and emails, etc. that clearly showed there was an implied contract and therefore a breach of contract. I would highly recommend him as he is thorough, insightful, knowledgeable and dogged in his representation of his clients.

Amazing lawyer, great person, definitely knows what he is doing and he is very fast and effective. He saved my professional life and is/was very helpful.
