My 2012 VW GTIs engine blew after a timing chain failure, and I was extremely worried that I was going to have to spend over $7,000 getting it fixed. Mr. Webster successfully settled a contract dispute for me. What is most remarkable was not only that he settled it in a timely manner for the amount I was hoping to receive, but he dug deeper and looked below the surface to prove I did in fact, have a legitimate contract dispute. I had agreed to the... contract terms verbally and via email as well as beginning the work; however, most attorney's looked strictly at the signed contract. Mr. Webster took the time to review correspondence and emails, etc. that clearly showed there was an implied contract and therefore a breach of contract.
