Peter Linn Goldman

I Hired Peter. In first meeting he gave me a idea for cost $5000-10,000 and took $3000. Deposit. I recommended him several clients in the beginning. Guess what ! In every meeting he repeated same words saying “ I am really working very hard on your case, it very difficult but don’t worry…. At the end... he will go inside and come out saying oh I am sorry… what’s your case about… and I could see that his face with a strange look. In every meeting When I was ready to leave he very politely would asked me saying “could you give me another $5000. I noticed He purposely keeps postponing the case. He took $60,000 ( sixty thousand dollars). At the the end of the each meeting he ask for the copy of same documentation over and over. He was supposed to be collecting the money for me but he stopped returning my phone calls. I would never recommend this firm to deal with. I had always great regards for the attorney’s before this experience of mine. I heard lots of bad words about attorney’s but never believe before having personal experience.

Mr. Goldman was my court-appointed attorney for a federal tax matter and unfortunately he was the embodiment of why court-appointed lawyers get such a bad reputation. Mr. Goldman was simply there to collect a paycheck and made no effort whatsoever to defend me nor object to any of the government'...s claims. Mr. Goldman was uncommunicative and made no effort to advocate for me during the pre-sentencing phase of my case.
