My business partner & I were looking for a business lawyer to help set up our partnership LLC and wanted to hire someone to ensure our company creation was done correctly. Before meeting with Scott, we had gone through two free consultations with other attorneys. Even before meeting Scott for the initial consultation, he was very responsive in email communication with several questions. Overall, Scott was very patient and was more than happy to answer all our questions and scenarios for a partnership LLC. He discussed the different pros and cons incorporating in Virginia vs Maryland and also the whether or not we needed to create a foreign entity in our operating states while having a registration in Nevada or Delaware.
