Gretchyn is knowledgeable, efficient and fun to work with. She made it easy to set up my trust quickly and has been very responsive in clarifying technical questions over the subsequent two years as I’ve transferred assets and considered a relocation. She’s great to work with!

Would Highly Recommend

Gretchyn set up my Estate Plan (Trust, Will, AMD, etc.). At our initial consultation she clearly explained my options and followed up with an email which was tremendously helpful. After preparing my documents, we went through them at signing making sure I understood each document. She again fo...llowed up with very very helpful instructions how to transfer assets. I already recommended Gretchyn to a co-worker who then also used Gretchyn’s services. My coworker was very impressed with the emails Gretchyn sent to me explaining exactly each necessary document. My coworker had consulted other attorneys who did not do this.

Very helpful and knowledgeable

I worked with Gretchen for the guardianship process when my special needs daughter turned 18. Gretchen was very helpful and responsive in explaining the process, preparing the necessary paperwork, and, most importantly, helping us avoid the various pitfalls that could arise. What could have been a ...complicated and frustrating process went smoothly and easily. We will need to go back for a special needs trust, and I would certainly recommend Gretchen to anyone on probate matters (she has a specialty in handling complicated and cross border situations). Family legal matters can be stressful, so it helps to have a calm lawyer who knows what to do.
