My first experience with Ms. Matthews was when our cherished caregiver was near death without any legal documents in place. As coincidently both my estate attorney and the estate attorney for a real estate client of mine Deborah hit it out of the park for the rapid and seamless transfer of my dear client's Trust when he suddenly passed a week before settlement of his condo. The condo was in his Trust and I was sure the f...ormalities could not be done in time to close on a wonderful contract for the sale of his condo. In one day Deborah contacted to successor and lined up all the paperwork with her and the settlement company in order for the successor to sign 4 days later. I know without a doubt it would not have happened if not for Deborah's swift actions, excellent knowledge of what to do and desire to get it done for my client. Five stars for sure!!!
