We found ourselves dealing with a serious issue with our child doing something very stupid. Kids make mistakes and do dumb things. Just as ours was getting ready to head off to college - the kid did what kids do and got caught. Serious offense and the potential to really ruin the rest of his/her life... let alone lose everything in college. Chris made my child feel better, let him/her know the gravity of the situation. My child did community service ahead of court and Chris saved my child's future. I can't say enough about how he took a really serious issue and lead able to give my child a fresh start after a really dumb move, my child can now move on with life. I am going to begin by stating the facts first. I was facing serious DWI charges from the US Attorney's office after my arrest on GW Parkway (federal). I was clocked doing 106 in a 55, blew a .14 BAC, and rear ended a Park Police cruiser. As I was frantic and shopped around for lawyers the next wee...k each and every one of them tried to put the fear of God in me by telling me the Federal Court system is the worst and that they would have to charge an arm and leg to get things done for me. Where the prosecution was seeking almost a month in jail Chris got it down to 10days served only on weekends (of my choosing) with driving privileges intact for me to go to and from work and my meetings. Even allowing for me to go on business trips if necessary. In all honesty if you are facing a DWI/DUI or reckless don't think twice and just call Chris. You will never have to second guess yourself in wondering "what could have been" he will get you the best results no questions asked.

I was charged with simple possession of marijuana up to an ounce. As a first time offender I was facing a likely proposition 251 sentence where I would be placed on probation, lose my driving privileges, pay a hefty fine, etc. Basically a 6 month long headache.
