Claire Elizabeth Shamblin

I hired Ms. Shamblin because she was listed under the super lawyer pages. I've been disapointed with her work because after hiring her she has done the very minimum. She is very confident when problems arise and is certain of a favorable outcome. However, once the situation is taken to court she i...s constantly defeated. She fails to keep me in the loop and does not reply to emails in a timely mannter. When she does reply, she does not address all the questions. Ms. Shamberlin's idea of solving an issue is for our party to agree with everything opposing council suggests to show the court we are the "good guys." That strategy has gotten me no where and opposing council has been sucessful with evertyhing. I don't recomed Ms. Shamberlin and am very sorry to have wasted my money and time.
